This Privacy Policy explains our collection, use and disclosure of personal information that is collected or processed by Aumni, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Aumni,” “we,” “us” or “our”) in connection with your access to and use of our website, register for events or webinars, your application for employment with our subsidiaries located in the Philippines, or otherwise interact with us outside of our products and services (individually or collectively, our website and other interactions are referred to herein as the “Website”).
Please take a moment to read this Privacy Policy to learn about our personal information collection, use, and disclosure practices that may affect you (“User,” “you” or “your”) when you access or use our Website. This Privacy Policy applies to our Website that displays or references this Privacy Policy, but it does not apply to our products and services governed under any separate agreements or where the data collection references a different privacy policy or notice.
Aumni products and services are intended for and provided to businesses and other organizations, and not individual consumers or end-users. In some cases, we process personal information relating to consumers or end-users at the direction of our business customers. When we do, we do so as a service provider or a “data processor” to those organizations, but we do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those organizations. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information we process as a service provider or data processor on behalf of our business customers. If you are a consumer end-user of one of those organizations, you should read that organization’s privacy statement and direct any privacy inquiries to that organization.
Your use of the Website and any information you provide through the Website remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use.

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us and the choices you make.

- Identifiers and device information. When you visit our Website, our web servers automatically log your Internet Protocol (IP) address and information about your device, including device identifiers (such as MAC address); device type; and your device’s operating system, browser, and other software including type, version, language, settings, and configuration. As further described in the Cookies, Mobile IDs, and Similar Technologies section below, our Website stores and retrieves cookie identifiers, mobile IDs, and other data.
- Geolocation data. Depending on your device and settings, we collect geolocation data when you use our Website.
- Usage data. We automatically log or record and analyze your activity on our Website, including the URL of the website from which you came to our sites, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times, and other details about your use of and actions on our Website.
Information we create or generate. Cookies, Mobile IDs and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, mobile analytics and advertising IDs, and similar technologies to operate our Website and to help collect data, including usage data, identifiers, and device information.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed by a website and stored by your browser on your device. Choice and Control of Personal Information

These choices are specific to the browser you are using. If you access our Website from other devices or browsers, take these actions from those systems to ensure your choices apply to the data collected when you use those systems.
Browser or platform controls.
- Cookie controls. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can go to your browser settings to learn how to delete or reject cookies. If you choose to delete or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Website. If you choose to delete cookies, settings and preferences controlled by those cookies, including advertising preferences, may be deleted and may need to be recreated.
- Do Not Track. Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that can send a signal to the websites you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. There is not a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal; therefore, our Website does not respond to browser DNT signals. We rely on different lawful bases for collecting and processing personal information about you, for example, with your consent and/or as necessary for the functionality and maintenance of our Website, operate our business, meet our contractual and legal obligations, protect the security of our systems and our users, or fulfill other legitimate interests.
Data Protection Rights for Philippine Data Subjects
If you are a Philippine data subject, you can exercise the rights afforded to you by Republic Act No. 10173 also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012:
- You have the right to be informed that your personal information will be, is being, or was, collected and processed.
- You have a right to obtain from us a copy of any personal information relating to you that we have on our computer database and/or manual filing system. You also have the right to electronically move, copy or transfer your data in a secure manner, for further use.
- You have the right to object or to withhold consent with regard to the collection and processing of personal information.
- You have the right to suspend, withdraw or order the blocking, removal or destruction of your personal information.

In particular, we let advertising and analytics providers collect identifiers (IP addresses, cookie IDs, and mobile IDs), activity data (browsing, clicks, app usage), device data, and geolocation data through our sites and apps when you use our online services, but do not “sell” or “share” any other types of personal information. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary for operation of our Website and fulfill the transactions you have requested, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and other legitimate and lawful business purposes.
